Own and manage end-to-end demand planning for a high-volume, multi-brand portfolio of ~10,000 SKUs across a complex, multi-channel business
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve rolling demand forecasts across DTC/ecommerce, wholesale, distribution, retail, professional, and international channels
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Brand teams to incorporate promotional calendars, launches, channel strategies, and commercial assumptions into demand plans
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Sourcing to align demand forecasts with international manufacturing, lead times, capacity constraints, and inventory strategies
Support inventory planning decisions to optimize service levels, working capital, and channel-specific fulfillment requirements
Lead forecast accuracy and bias analysis by SKU, brand, region, and channel; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Play a key role in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including demand reviews, scenario planning, and executive-level discussions
Assess demand risks and opportunities related to promotions, seasonality, new product launches, and lifecycle transitions across channels
Prepare and present demand insights, assumptions, and recommendations to senior leadership
Maintain and enhance demand planning tools, models, and dashboards; identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale planning processes
Support new product introductions and SKU rationalization efforts to manage complexity and improve forecast quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally within consumer goods, beauty, or a fast-paced CPG environment
Proven experience working with international supply chains, including global manufacturing, cross-border inventory flows, and region-specific demand planning
Demonstrated success planning demand across multiple sales channels, including DTC/ecommerce, wholesale, distribution, retail, and professional channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using forecasting models, statistical techniques, and demand planning methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience working with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar tools
Experience managing demand planning across large SKU counts, multiple brands, and complex channel mixes
Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including demand reviews, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners and senior leadership
Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience supporting new product launches, promotional planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
