Role Overview
- Call existing and prospective clients to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs
- Use a persuasive approach on outbound calls to generate business growth opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with clients and promptly transfer them to certified agents
- Promote our products and services and act as a dedicated brand ambassador
Requirements
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Must regularly make calls and provide service to an English-speaking clientele
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada
