Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior staff and peers.
Manage incident and problem resolution, including root cause analysis.
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user support, and ticket handling.
Manage and implement assigned project-based solutions, communicating progress to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and run books.
Assist in planning, installation, and support of client cloud systems infrastructure.
Support on-premises hardware and software and cloud-based devices and related software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client infrastructure.
Participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as needed.
Requirements
7+ years of experience administering Microsoft Microsoft-based solutions and products: Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.
2-3 years working as a Systems Administrator.
U.S. Citizen (Federal Client Requirement).
Bachelor’s degree in information technology/security, Computer (Information) Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in systems administration with a focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technologies.
