About this role

Serve as Director, Sales & Account Management within our Health Division.
Responsible for retaining and growing DMS’s Health Insurance client base across core product lines, including Medicare, U65, and Life.
Own revenue performance and portfolio growth, while building and sustaining strong, strategic relationships with key clients.
Align supply and demand, optimize client outcomes, and deliver against defined revenue and margin targets across the portfolio.
Work in partnership with other directors to shape strategy, execution, and growth across the Health business.

10+ Years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations or growth focused roles.
Deep expertise in the Health Insurance vertical, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts.
MBA preferred.
Experience managing customers and acquiring new ones in a highly regulated and compliance first environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and a willingness to leverage AI and emerging tools to drive results.
High-integrity, customer-first leader with experience thriving in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
