Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with company goals, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration across the organization
Define, scope, and prioritize AI projects across functions (product, finance, customer service, operations)
Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, business-friendly language
Guide AI prototypes and pilots through the full innovation funnel
Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track ROI, adoption rates, and value creation

5 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or related roles
Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems
Proven track record of translating technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and AI ethics frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
