System administrator for the software used for CPA mapping, Educational Effectiveness Annual Reports, University program review, and other University assessment efforts
Liaison between the university and software tech support
Lead implementation efforts of any new assessment and accreditation software
Requirements
Bachelor degree required (Social Science or Education degree preferred)
Three to five years experience
Proficiency in MS software applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency in Google applications (including the Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Proficiency in survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, other)
Proficiency in educational software (Canvas, etc.)
Efficiently present data to a wide range of audiences
Effectively express technical information to non-technical audiences
Quickly and independently learn new software and hardware
Maintain independent and collaborative work under pressure
Exercise intellectual judgment to make critical decisions
Organized and self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision with the ability to work as a team member and take initiative
Collaborate with internal and external individuals from different disciplines and different levels of knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
Interpersonal and interprofessional skills, exercising discretion
Maintain awareness of current trends of assessment in higher education
