Support and advise our B2B existing customers in the West sales territory — with the goal of expanding existing KALO services in the core business of heating cost billing and identifying relevant modernization potential in the area of heating optimization.
Actively acquire new customers in the professional housing sector and drive strong sales of the entire KALO solutions portfolio, including modern smart-heating technologies.
Conduct systematic market and potential analyses and independently identify and qualify new target customers, projects and regional growth opportunities.
Execute cross
and upselling across the entire product portfolio to generate additional contract volumes and to demonstrate concrete efficiency, CO₂ and cost benefits for our customers.
Work closely with KALO’s operational field service organization so that installation processes, modernization projects and product rollouts can be implemented seamlessly and with a customer-centric focus.
Requirements
Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) with technically complex products or services — ideally in the areas of energy efficiency, IoT or comparable solutions.
Good knowledge of the housing industry or the energy sector — alternatively, you come from a related technical environment and can quickly familiarize yourself with new industries.
Clear communication and persuasive skills — you can explain complex technical topics in a way that is understandable and engaging for any audience.
A strong sense for customers and deal-making — you recognize cross
and upselling potential and use it proactively, with genuine consultative competence and enthusiasm for shared success.
Technical affinity complemented by the willingness to work into topics such as digital heating systems, smart-heating technologies or hydraulic balancing.
Strong solution orientation, initiative and decisiveness complete your profile.
Residence in one of the sales areas Münster, Bielefeld, Paderborn, Wuppertal, Hagen, Dortmund, Meschede, Aachen, Solingen, Cologne, Siegen to ensure fast response times and effective customer support and acquisition.
