Draft a variety of customer-facing documents —including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related material—in alignment with GHX playbook.
Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure terms align with company policies and risk guidelines, while supporting timely and successful deal execution.
Understand and apply the go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure.
Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently by maintaining high throughput and consistently meeting established turnaround time service level agreements (SLAs).
Deliver operational support across both upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless contract lifecycle management and cross-functional alignment.
Ensure the quoting and contracting systems are up to date throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
Support the creation, refinement, and ongoing maintenance of internal documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in Contract Operations processes.
Assist with additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective completion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience.
3 years of experience in contracts management or related experience including sales operations, project management, customer support, financial analysis.
