Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative and client-focused approach
Present and demonstrate our agency services to prospective clients (attorneys and law firms), emphasizing how our solutions align with their business goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
Establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
Act as a knowledgeable resource on iLawyerMarketing's offerings and the industry we serve
Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging
Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client onboarding experience
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance to leadership
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or a related field
Experience communicating with and selling services to attorneys and law firms
Experience within Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development within a high-volume, fast-paced digital marketing agency setting preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement technologies
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering value to clients and helping businesses grow
Ability to travel domestically
