Recommend technical designs and develop solutions for complex user stories
Assign user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators and provide guidance as needed
Work independently on assigned tasks for the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation for the client
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions and solicit feedback
Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders
Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes
Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for designated work area(s)
Contribute to process improvement and documentation
Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience
3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Required active public trust clearance from DHS
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
ServiceNow Certified System Administration
5+ years of experience
Highly desired: Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities—including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and machine-learning–driven workflows is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
