Requirements
Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
Proven experience in contract management, quote-to-contract operations, or a related field within healthcare or regulated industries.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, cross-functional projects, and technology-driven process improvements.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and contracting best practices.
Hands-on experience with CLM systems, CPQ, Salesforce, and AI-powered contract tools preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in med-tech, healthcare, or life sciences.
Advanced financial modeling, analytics, and executive communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into financial strategies.
Deep expertise in pricing, contracting, and commercial execution.
