Provide leadership and oversight for all operations within the assigned region, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Action standards.
Drive operational excellence across the region by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing corrective strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, SOPs, and applicable laws and regulations.
Serve as an escalation point for complex operational, client, or personnel matters.
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee performance management, coaching, succession planning, and corrective action processes for regional leadership.
Partner with HR and senior leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Maintain senior-level relationships with board members, developers, and key stakeholders.
Attend board meetings and major client engagements as needed to demonstrate upper-level leadership presence and support client retention.
Assist in identifying and prioritizing target markets, communities, and growth opportunities within the region.
Partner with senior leadership to support proposal pricing and staffing models, helping ensure margins remain aligned with company targets while supporting continued revenue growth.

9+ years of experience in HOA, high-rise, hospitality, or multi-site operations management.
Proven experience leading leaders (Regional Managers or equivalent).
Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing regional budgets and profitability.
Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence boards, executives, and teams.
Highly organized, decisive, and able to manage complex, multi-layered operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SmartSheets) and SNAP HOA software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
