Role Overview
- Provide day‑to‑day SAP ECC support in SD, CS, and TM
- Support and enhance order management, pricing, delivery creation, picking/packing, shipment execution, and billing processes
- Strengthen and optimize CS processes
- Enhance transportation execution
- Work directly with sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams
- Document processes and functional designs
Requirements
- 10–15+ years SAP experience with deep SAP ECC SD/CS/TM skills
- Must be hands‑on in ECC configuration across SD, CS, and TM
- Strong understanding of Contracts/Order processing, Pricing conditions and output, Delivery processing and shipment execution
- Experience managing and working with contractors
- Must be able to run workshops with sales, customer service, and logistics teams
- Must be authorized to work in US
