Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research when needed;
Enter customer orders into the system;
Follow up with customers on orders in progress;
Follow up on corporate requests, analyze reports, and take action;
Take necessary measures to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up;
Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when necessary;
Keep technical product knowledge up to date;
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
Vocational diploma (DEP) in electrical studies and/or sales training (an asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical market
