Contribute to the execution of the Commercial strategy
Partner with Sales to develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
Analyze and report market trends and statistics, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and drive commercial strategies and behavior
Fully comprehend all products we offer and their appropriate applications
Support the sales team in key customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations
Contribute to product launches, including internal training and go-to-market execution
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts
Work with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, quality, and alignment with customer expectations
Track and report on product performance, revenue, margins, and pipeline activity
Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into actionable business recommendations
Requirements
5+ years of product management, technical sales, or Commercial experience in steel tube manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and market analysis
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Systems experience to allow for data extraction and analysis
Excel proficiency required
