Role Overview
Build and lead a team of enterprise-focused SAEs
Drive enterprise pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance
Set and execute account strategy across strategic and named enterprise accounts
Personally engage in critical opportunities
Guide teams through complex sales cycles
Partner cross-functionally with Product and GTM Leadership
Represent the company at executive briefings and conferences
Ensure strong CRM discipline and data integrity
Leverage industry expertise and networks
Requirements
15+ years of technical field sales experience
8+ experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams
Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas
Experience owning and closing large, strategic transactions
Background or working knowledge in enterprise-oriented domains
Proven ability to engage with C-suite and board-level executives
Strengths in identifying, hiring, and coaching high performing sales talent
Experience managing pipeline and accurately forecasting
Comfort operating in high-growth or evolving environments
Strong organizational skills and operational rigor
