Design and develop with key stakeholders value-added HR reports, dashboards, and analytics that track KPIs, workforce trends, and HR process performance.

Lead, manage and coach the global HR Reporting Analytics by providing day to day guidance and development.
Evaluate by looking at the ROI, the optimal source and data for delivery.
Responsible for compliance reporting including but not limited to 10-K, EEOC, Enterprise and Spain Sustainability Reports
Ensure data integrity across HRIS and reporting systems through regular audits, validation procedures, and oversight of master data structures.
Work closely with the Enterprise Master Data Steward HR to ensure all reporting maintains within HR data privacy guidelines and access follows rules across all HR reporting technology platforms.
Partner closely with business and HR Leaders, IT, and other functions to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to mangers and executives
Interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data reporting
Support cross-functional HR and business initiatives by providing reporting expertise and source data for strategic projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR service areas to promote data governance and stewardship, data quality and advancement of HR technology capabilities
Develop automated reporting solutions and enhance reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and consistency.
Perform data quality reviews utilizing quality assurance methods to identify problems and errors to support the resolution at the source.
Design, implement, and promote self-service reporting tools
Building partnerships and working closely with IT and vendors to delivery tools and system solutions
Develop, visualize, and present key findings to various stakeholders, ensuring complex data is communicated in a clear and accessible manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relative work experience
Minimum of ten (10) years' work experience
Preferred 5 years of direct management experience or leading global projects
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy in large multi-national, complex organization.
Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with all levels within the organization.
Strong creative problem solving with ability to craft tailored solutions to meet the wider range of business needs across the organization
Experience working with, influencing, and presenting findings to senior level stakeholders
Ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities projects to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience as a HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders a plus
Prior experience leading data and/or reporting teams
Experience with HR data, HRMS/HRIS system experience
Experience using Qualrics
Data visualization and Power BI skills
Prior experience successfully managing 3rd party vendor relations
