Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned briefings, partnering with Sales and CTO teams to assess customer needs and objectives.
Customize briefing agendas that align to these needs and objectives, coordinating with internal teams to secure the right executives, SMEs, and content
Lead pre-brief planning calls, provide guidance to discussion leaders, and ensure all participants are prepared and aligned.
Host and Facilitate briefings onsite, ensuring an elevated, seamless, and professional experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike.
Comfortably facilitate executive-level discussions in real time, navigating ambiguity and adapting agendas as needed while displaying sharp business acumen, outstanding executive presence, and professional communications skills.
Capture meeting notes and work with account teams to ensure that follow-up actions are established, shared, and acted upon.
Work alongside the EBC Manager to maintain the briefing platform, inbound requests, scheduling, and other logistics.
Collaborate with the broader executive briefing team to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all customer engagements.
Document customer feedback and insights pre
and post-briefing, identifying opportunities and sharing learnings to inform future briefings and experiences.
Partner with Briefing Guest Relations specialist around logistics management of catering, room setup, personalizations, gifting, and more.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in executive briefings, executive engagement, sales enablement, or other executive-facing marketing roles in a fast-growing technology company
World-class written communication skills and an outstanding executive presence
Utmost confidence working with and leading cross-functional teams at all levels, including Sales, Product/CTO, Marketing, and Executives
Incredible attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefings and timelines simultaneously
Customer-obsessed, with a passion for creating elevated, premium, personalized experiences
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be based in the SF Bay Area and available to host briefings and work in the Sunnyvale office in person.
