Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic and technical advisor throughout the platform lifecycle, from pre-sales through deployment and post-launch optimization
Analyze customer systems, data flows, and technical workflows to design scalable solutions using Spotnana’s platform
Lead configuration, integration, and deployment efforts across APIs, ERP, HRIS, booking, payments, and partner systems
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and scalable solution design
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers through resolution and optimization strategies
Create documentation, enablement materials, and training resources to support customer adoption and internal knowledge sharing
Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-driven capabilities to improve customer workflows and travel experiences
Requirements
4+ years of experience working directly with customers to deploy enterprise software, lead implementations, or support complex data-driven solutions
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across technical and business teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical stakeholders and executive audiences
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies
Strong data modeling, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience working in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or complex ecosystem environments
Nice to have: background in strategic consulting, finance, or travel technology platforms
