Requirements
5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, ideally within People, HR, or Employee Experience functions.
Proven track record of designing and scaling initiatives, such as onboarding and learning programs, for growing, distributed, or global workforces.
Advanced proficiency in project management fundamentals, including roadmapping, prioritization, and proactive risk management to bring structure to ambiguous work.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering on company-wide communications and change initiatives that support organizational scale.
Experience using a data-informed approach to measure program effectiveness, identify emerging trends, and drive continuous improvement.
