Execute a Southwest channel strategy to increase partner-sourced revenue through the recruitment and onboarding of strategic resellers and MSPs in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.

Facilitate account mapping and opportunity management by aligning regional channel partners with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
Manage regional partner operations including the negotiation of commercial agreements and the delivery of sales and technical certifications via the Partner Success team.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management within the B2B enterprise software sector.
3+ years of direct experience scaling partner programs with Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs specifically within the Southwest United States.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding defined partner-driven revenue and booking targets.
Bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel up to 40% within the region for on-site partner enablement and industry events.
