Assist in identifying, defining and tracking projects in the business unit as it relates to systems.
Work with supervisor to prioritize and support system related projects.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Work with business unit sectors on bottlenecks and standardizing processes.
Communicate programming needs to the centralized IT department.
Gather, document and implement business requirements and audit existing business processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of current systems used.

2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
4 Year / bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
SAP (ERP) experience preferred.
Knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process preferred.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
Project management skills preferred.
