Design and develop hardware for advanced electronic products, including printed circuit boards (PCBs), signal processing modules, video interfaces (SDI, HDMI, etc.), optical interfaces, and Ethernet-based systems.
Create mechanical enclosure and chassis concepts aligned with hardware functionality and environmental requirements.
Improve or redesign existing hardware platforms to meet new use cases, product requirements, or performance criteria.
Drive new product development from concept to verification: translate product definitions into hardware designs, define test plans, and oversee electrical validation procedures.
Prepare and maintain clear, detailed, and compliant documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the hardware team to align specifications, implementation approaches, and engineering revisions.
Work hand in hand with software engineers during the integration, validation, and iteration cycles of hardware and software solutions.
Perform or support electrical verification with an R&D technician to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
Update and modernize predecessor boards as needed to meet current design standards and expectations.
