Provide technical EHS expertise to regional sites and account teams, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements
Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and follow-up action plans to prevent recurrence
Develop, deliver, and oversee EHS training programs across assigned sites as needed
Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, standards, and metrics when needed
Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives and promote proactive hazard recognition
Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics, regulatory documentation, and compliance records
Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, emergency response planning, environmental monitoring, and permitting as needed
Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design, process safety, and ergonomic improvements
Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams to standardize expectations and share best practices across locations
Supports customer‑related safety concerns and implements targeted programs to resolve issues
Acts as a liaison with customers and external organizations on safety‑related matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
3–7 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to travel regularly to regional sites up to 75%
