Provides business and technical leadership to Misericordia Health Centre (MHC)
Uses analytical ability, creativity and judgement in analyzing, developing and implementing solutions to address complex requirements.
Responsible for managing business development and strategic business design of new initiatives.
Completes business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis and business process analysis with limited guidance.
Provides education and training to operational staff to support the continuation of improved business processes and ongoing monitoring of process improvements.
Requirements
Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in a high paced business environment
Experience working with large or complex data sets, preferably health administrative, clinical or financial data systems
3 years of progressive experience working in an analytical role with a focus on process review, quantitative analysis and performance measurement using analytical and reporting tools
Knowledge and experience working with project management techniques
Significant experience working with Microsoft Office and products
B.A. or B. Comm. with a major in Business Administration, Information Systems Data Analysis or Computer Science; Masters Degree would be an asset.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset.
Lean Six Sigma training would be an asset.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications would be an asset.
