About this role
Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day localization projects across product, marketing, and support content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Own operational workflows in our TMS, including project setup, tracking, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and localization requirements
- Support international launches by coordinating localization readiness and surfacing risks early
- Triage localization feedback and bugs, working with vendors and internal teams to implement fixes
- Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and linguistic assets as we scale
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing localization or content operations projects
- Experience working with TMS platforms such as Smartling, Phrase, or similar tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a tech, marketplace, or high-growth environment
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and propose practical solutions
