Support the development and coordination of external-facing communications, including marketing materials, presentations, and campaign assets
Assist with drafting and editing content for external audiences, such as brand messaging, thought leadership materials, and client-facing communications
Conduct research to support storytelling, positioning, and marketing strategies
Help ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and strategic objectives
Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications, including announcements, updates, and employee-facing content
Support leadership and team communications by helping prepare presentations, talking points, and briefing materials
Help coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and engagement initiatives
Support planning and coordination for internal and external events, meetings, and engagement initiatives
Assist with content creation and scheduling for social and digital channels
Help maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
Rising Junior, Senior, or recent Grads
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
