Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims
Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation
Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries and supporting evidence
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase
Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage and provide documentation
Maintain organized electronic case files and track deadlines

2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Mississippi
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team
