About this role
Role Overview
Act as a technical point person for our EPM Solution (Pigment), ensuring system health through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
Manage the end-to-end ticket lifecycle by providing timely, customer-first support and technical troubleshooting for our internal users.
Coordinate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve bugs and execute system enhancements that improve the user experience.
Assist in maintaining FP&A integrations with connected applications: NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker, etc.
Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Administer user licenses and permissions while ensuring proper controls are in place for sensitive financial data.
Draft and maintain application documentation, help articles, and instructional materials to empower our users.
Support Senior Specialists in scoping requirements for new roadmap features by providing insight into common user pain points.
Requirements
3–5 years experience with EPM platforms, either from an administration/maintenance standpoint or as a power user within an FP&A team.
Familiarity with financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first approach to providing support, with the ability to translate technical fixes into clear communication for non-technical users.
Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within a team to meet shared goals.
Experience writing user-facing documentation or training guides.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
