Prepare complex renewals for Non-Refund, Refund and Administrative Service Only (ASO) financial arrangements
Create PowerPoint presentations to demonstrate benefit trends to clients
Request and create reporting for clients and consultants
Respond to requests for pricing plan amendments
Recommend plan design and product solutions to Account Managers through the analysis of client claiming patterns
Prepare experience analyses on all benefits
Use SalesForce for measurement requirements
Collaborate with the Account Management teams and head office staff

Strong mathematical skills and financial aptitude
Strong organization and time management skills
Underwriting and/or Group Life & Health Insurance experience is a definite asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong team commitment and collaboration skills
Ability to show initiative and be self-motivated
Dedication to continual learning and self-development
Good verbal and written skills as well as customer service skills
Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Power BI and MS Teams
