Role Overview
- Seeking interns with a desire to learn, grow, and become valued contributors to the Accounting and Finance teams across the Nucor enterprise
- Provides immersive finance experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically the steel industry
- Interns will take part in ongoing divisional assignments including hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate on group projects with interns from other divisions to help drive value across the organization
- Opportunity to shadow experienced team members, gaining insight into how their work supports Nucor’s business operations and contributes to profitability
Requirements
- Must be working towards a four-year bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field with an expected graduation date no later than May 2028
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be able to provide reliable transportation for the duration of the internship
