Support attorneys and the HR Consulting Center of Excellence by providing legal education, expertise, and consulting support in employment law
Collaborate closely with attorneys, HR consultants, and colleagues across the country to deliver timely, accurate legal support
Contribute to special projects and initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of legal, paralegal, or legal assistant experience, preferably with a focus on employment law in an in-house legal department or law firm
Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop expertise
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
Conducting research on federal, state, and local employment laws and responding to client inquiries on employment law issues.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience drafting legal briefs, memoranda, and professional correspondence
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with document management or e-discovery platforms such as Relativity
