This person is responsible for design, install and monitor the manufacturing process, including the definition, ordering and control of tooling and process equipment
Coordinate our manufacturing resources (work force, machines, materials, methods) such that a system of continuous improvement is created
Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors
Troubleshoot processes and implement countermeasures to assist production in producing a high-quality product in the most efficient manner
Train operators on the correct process and tooling required to produce a quality product and to maximize the output
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably in mechanical, industrial or electrical)
Lean Manufacturing
5-10 years of industrial experience (Wire & Cable experience preferred)
