The Senior Solution Architect, Cloud Transformation, will be a key member of the Solution Architecture (“SA”) team, responsible for pre and post-sales activities for Syntax’s entire portfolio of private cloud, public cloud, and multicloud solutions, as well as product management responsibilities for data center and cloud transformation related to Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. You will collaborate with colleagues in field sales, channel sales, marketing, product management, and operations to design, articulate, and oversee the implementation of Syntax’s multi-cloud cloud transformation solutions. Using your deep and broad market knowledge of both on-premises and cloud technology you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide execute-level pre-sales support for complex digital transformation programs, including data center exits, cloud migrations, disaster recovery implementations, and the implementation of cutting-edge digital innovation solutions. You will mentor solution architects and pre-sales engineers to support deal cycles, providing oversight for pricing, solution design, and contract execution, and ensuring all solutions are implemented as architected. As a product management leader, you will architect solutions that align with Syntax corporate strategy and competitive differentiators to enhance the Syntax portfolio, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. You will also be responsible for ensuring product and service owners within your product portfolio adhere to common strategies, messaging, and collateral, building consensus using Syntax core principles. You will develop product roadmaps that consider technology, operations, and packaging innovation to ensure Syntax stays ahead of the markets we serve. You will work with product marketing to articulate value propositions and build compelling commercial offers to the marketplace. This role requires the ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and collaborate extensively and often. Thought leadership, creativity, and the ability to both prioritize and multitask are essential.
