Role Overview
- Assess and investigate travel-related claims applying policy guidelines
- Ensure timely resolutions within 15-25 days while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process
- Communicate with claimants using empathy to gather necessary documentation
- Apply policy guidelines to determine coverage and claim validity
- Maintain detailed claim records within internal claims systems
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Willingness to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for details for thorough investigations and documentation
- Live within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI and willing to commute into the office 2-3 days per month
