Helps with project planning and to direct engagements
Conducts site inspections
Analyzes information and identifies technical issues
Completes estimates of real and personal property building components

Assists with development and maintenance of client service templates
Mentors and develops junior team members

Provides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, or PE designation preferred. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment
Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating preferred
Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation preferred
Ability to mentor and train junior team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy
