Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound channels
Build and manage talent pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, data) as well as clinical and non-technical roles (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc)
Conduct initial outreach, support screening coordination, manage candidate communications, and oversee interview scheduling process
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (offers, paperwork, systems access, IT coordination)
Maintain HR process hygiene including employee records, benefits support, compliance tasks, and performance cycle coordination
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR operations, or People Ops
