Role Overview
- Maintain and modernize organization's finance application portfolio
- Collaborate between business and various technology teams to ensure applications align with organizational goals
- Oversee overall application health and performance
- Manage and improve finance application and continuously find ways to modernize business processes
- Build solutions that address specific business needs in External Reporting Group
- Act as a production support member to manage existing finance solutions
- Adhere to information security framework to comply with security standards
- Stay current on technology trends to keep application stack modern and innovative
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with enterprise-wide information technology projects and systems
- Good understanding of Corporate Finance Functions or Keen to learn about Corporate Finance
- Prior experience in a support and development role
- Strong analytical skills, business process re-engineering skills, and data analysis skills
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
