Execute day-to-day international accounting and consolidation activities
Prepare and record journal entries for international entities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for international subsidiaries
Execute SOX-compliant controls and document support
Prepare audit support and respond to internal and external auditor inquiries
Identify and implement process improvements
Review work prepared by others and provide technical guidance and feedback
Participate in projects related to new entity setup, system enhancements, and process standardization
Serve as primary preparer for consolidation support during consolidation system implementation

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant experience required, including international operations or consolidations
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong working knowledge in foreign currency accounting
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
Demonstrated ability to independently execute close and reconciliations activities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Excellent research and analytical skills
Enjoys working in team environments.
Working knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
Experience supporting ERP or consolidation system implementations (preferred)
Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments (preferred)
Proficiency in consolidation software (e.g., NetSuite OneWorld, SAP, etc.) (preferred)
