Role Overview
- Support daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Admissions
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Lead and develop faculty and departmental leaders
- Oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performance
- Represent CHCP at community, employer, and student events
Requirements
- 510 years of leadership experience in higher education
- Bachelors required; Masters preferred
- Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience leading diverse teams and driving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
