Build and grow client relationships in Mining, Metals, Fertilizers, and Chemicals as primary focus
Identify opportunities, win work, and lead the execution of the projects
Act as Project Director, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability
Mentor Project Managers and collaborate with Client Account Managers
Drive strategic growth aligned with Black & Veatch’s Strategy
Manage bottom-line results across a portfolio of projects leveraging Black & Veatch’s multidisciplinary solutions
Own day-to-day successful execution across performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction
Develop project staffing plans, resource assignments, and execution methodologies; ensure compliance with standards and procedures
Negotiate, assess, and mitigate contractual risk across projects and subcontractors
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring quality and client expectations are met.

15+ years’ experience, Mining project exposure
Proven success in services and EPC delivery
Demonstrated experience with services work, EPC/EPCM projects, and complex risk profiles
Deep knowledge of the mining and natural resources market
Existing client relationships in the segment
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
