Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support technology-enabled project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state workflows.
• Develop use cases, process maps, and requirement specifications to support effective solution design and project delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements alignment and traceability.
• Perform gap analyses and support business process reengineering to help drive operational efficiency and value realisation.
• Assist with change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the implementation of business solutions, supporting stakeholder readiness and adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a business analyst within technology, consulting, finance, or a comparable environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project delivery frameworks.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Exposure to digital, finance, or technology transformation projects is preferred but not essential.
