About this role
Role Overview
- The CD monitors the progress of the treatment plan
- Delegates the plan for clinical engagement by the team
- Responsible for each component of the client’s treatment planning
- Provides supervision to Therapists & Clinical Manager
- Conducts interviews and recommends prospective staff
- Completes corrective action summaries and recommends disciplinary action
- Conducts competency reviews and training
- Audits EMR system for all clients
- Adhere to Medicaid and DMHA guidelines
- Provides monthly in-service staff trainings
- Completes competency reviews and training
- Hold process group two times a week with current client case load
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
- An active, unrestricted, clinical license is required
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to competently encourage and inspire direct reports
- Demonstration of a client-centered team approach
- Advanced computer skills
- Scheduling flexibility REQUIRED to accommodate varied client admissions
- Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
