Define project requirements, scopes, and deliverables.
Design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions based on project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Collaborates with project staff to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
Facilitates and contributes to the development of project plans and designs.
Recommends and/or analyzes materials, equipment, and practices used in the project.
Assesses the competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status of vendors.
Oversees the progress of the development project.
Compares the actual cost of a development project to estimates.
Collaborates with the design group to change plans if problems arise.
Collaborates with other engineers to share problems and solutions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least five years of experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or other related fields.
Advanced experience supporting, deploying, configuring and best practice in Azure, AWS, SharePoint.
Advanced experience with server and networking hardware.
Advanced experience with supporting, deploying and configuring networking equipment, firewalls, switches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
