About this role

Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA module
Reviewing and providing recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs
Supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes
Helping standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation
Collaborating closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators
Supporting SAP-related questions as the team progresses through implementation phases
Interact with broader internal stakeholders and external third parties such as payment providers and system integrators

10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience
SAP S/4HANA experience (required)
SAP FICA module expertise (required)
Utility industry experience (required)
Experience with at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP
Certifications not required but preferred, including SAP Activate or SAP FICA module certifications
ABAP development experience is a nice-to-have but not required
Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment; collaboration with internal teams and external partners
