Define and execute North America business operations strategy to support growth and scalability.
Align operational priorities with corporate objectives and expansion plans.
Coordinate and govern ITIL processes for Operations; includes Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and related processes.
Oversee performance of the Operations Management Center, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, operational execution, and business continuity.
Mature capability in lease administration, utility invoicing, and vendor management.
Drive actionable business intelligence and KPI reporting for operational performance.
Implement tools for predictive analytics and continuous improvement.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives for service support platforms and process automation.
Ensure seamless service delivery and transparent reporting to customers.
Requirements
15+ years in operations leadership, including 5+ years at VP or equivalent level.
Expertise in vendor management, lease and property administration, and business process optimization.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex, multi-site operations
Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Experience in data center or technology infrastructure operations (preferred).
Strong working knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4) with practical, real-world implementation experience and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).
Familiarity with CMMS, CMDB, ERP, and BI tools (preferred).
