Role Overview
- Work with agents and consultants to sell Ancillary Group insurance products
- Develop and maintain benefits brokerage relationships
- Track all activities in the company’s CRM system
- Develop a clear understanding of our business and diverse Group products
- Collaborate with Large Group Sales Representative and Retention Executive
- Implement and support new sales initiatives developed by Humana
- Build our Brand across the market
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience selling Group Insurance
- Experience selling Dental, Vision, Life and Disability products
- Experience building relationships with brokers
- Consultative selling background and experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business and Financial Acumen
- Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses (FL)
- Ability to travel to meet with brokers and team members
