Role Overview
- Responsible for incoming calls for routine and low complexity inquiries
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Investigate and resolve clients' requests
- Educate clients on bank products and services
- Follow established policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of client servicing work experience (call center, retail, hospitality, medical, etc.)
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Technical skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications
