Role Overview
- Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
- Perform and review bank and credit card reconciliations, proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger accuracy, and post adjusting journal entries during close activities.
- Review Analysts’ work, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development through training.
- Maintain organized records and follow standardized processes to ensure timely and accurate client support.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and leveraging technology for efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Accounting and financial experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
