Drive operational excellence and lead large-scale production strategies
Oversee capacity planning, production strategy, and resource optimization
Build and inspire high-performing teams aligned to Lean Scorecard targets
Champion on-time delivery performance through lean tools and enable technologies
Partner with General Manager to establish and manage annual manufacturing budget
Coach and develop team members while reinforcing Creation’s Core Values
Collaborate cross-functionally to support joint initiatives across the organization

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in electronics product manufacturing
Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive production capacity plans
Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test practices
Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and professional standards
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable leader with strong business acumen and people leadership skills
Effective presentation and executive communication abilities
